1:1 Tincture – 200MG

Place the measured dose under your tongue and hold it there for sixty to ninety seconds before swallowing. Some of the cannabinoids absorb through the tissue in your mouth, which produces a faster onset than swallowing outright, and the rest is digested like an edible. You can also add a tincture to food or a drink, though that pushes onset back toward the edible timeline.

Held sublingually, many people feel something within fifteen to forty-five minutes. Swallowed directly or mixed into food, expect the standard edible window of one to two hours. That flexibility is part of the appeal — the same bottle can serve as a quick-acting option or a slow, long one depending on how you take it.

The dropper is graduated, and the label lists total milligrams per bottle and per milliliter. Divide to find your per-drop or per-milliliter dose, then start at the low end — typically two to five milligrams of THC. Tinctures are the easiest format to titrate precisely, which makes them a good choice if you want fine control over your dose.

Upright, sealed and away from heat and sunlight. A cupboard is fine; a refrigerator extends shelf life for oil-based formulas. Keep the dropper clean and avoid touching it to your mouth, since introducing saliva into the bottle shortens its life. Most tinctures stay good for a year or more when stored this way.
